Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) though helpful, has been found to be associated with high false positive and false negative rate, both of which negates its benefits. We have introduced protocol based approach to IONM involving all stakeholders and here conduct a Quality Improvement study to its applicability and relevance of protocol based approach to IONM involving all stakeholders.
