Requirements: An ideal candidate is a young neurosurgeon from a residency training program or an equivalent program from developing or developed countries who during her or his residency demonstrated good skills in micro-neurosurgery. Furthermore, the fellows should have work experience of no longer than three (3) years after concluding the residency training.
